“I know, that at the end of the day, everyone wants the same thing: for the job to be done right. It’s my job to make that happen.”

Throughout his career, Andy Barrow has worked in many different areas of construction, so he understands all of the intricacies of a job site. Each particular aspect of a construction job presents its own challenges, which is why Andy’s experience makes him perfect to be the person in charge of tackling all of them.

As a foreman he’s overseeing each job from beginning to end, ensuring it’s completed on time and under budget. He’s on the worksite every day making sure materials are in place and that the proper manpower is there to utilize them. He’s anticipating problems before they occur and crafting effective solutions. He knows that it is his job to make sure everyone else can do their job.

Andy feels that, at Rhodey, he found a company that does for its employees what he does on the job site every day. “Pam take care of her employees. She makes sure that they have everything they need to do their jobs as best they can. The entire company does.” He credits the family atmosphere and the people Rhodey hires as the reasons that they maintain such high levels of quality and satisfaction. Andy knows that he’s an essential member and leader on the Rhodey team and he doesn’t take that role lightly. He’s determined to do everything he can to make sure the work he does is up to the high standards that he, and the company he works for, have set.

In 2019, Andy completed the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Superintendent Career Training Program.
