Dillon Corr joined Rhodey as a project manager in 2017. Having worked with Rhodey in the past, Dillon knew he would be a great fit. From working as a subcontractor, general contractor, construction manager at risk, and construction manager agent, Dillon has been exposed to several perspectives in our industry. This exposure allows him to assess situations from other parties’ viewpoints to help prevent and diffuse unproductive situations. In addition to being involved in projects from differing perspectives, Dillon has handled many contractual arrangements from unit price, lump sum, professional hourly, time and material, and guaranteed maximum prices. As such, he can assist with selecting the best arrangement for a given project and effectively manage the project through completion.
Dillon’s role involves managing all aspects of a project from bidding, evaluating schedules, assessing potential value of design changes, coordinating between field personnel and owners, and closing out a project. He understands the importance of each step in the building process and enjoys bringing the customer’s vision to life.
A graduate of Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Dillon has an engineering background that helps with seeing projects and problems from a technical standpoint. Dillon has completed OSHA 30 Hour Training and is an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor.
