“99% of all problems are due to lack of communication.”
Prior to joining the team at Rhodey, Frank Seman worked for 34 years as a Project Manager for a major pharmaceutical company. In 2009, he continued his project management role at Rhodey Construction, focusing primarily on pharmaceutical construction projects.
Currently, Frank oversees the demolition and installation of various pharmaceutical processes, including chemical reactors, storage tanks, agitators, heat exchangers, pumps, filters, centrifuges, dryers, air compressors, dust collectors, demineralizers, purified water systems, clean steam generators, fume hoods, laboratory upgrades, low temperature chillers, heat/cool modules, DEA vaults, emergency generators and power handling.
Frank believes that with any project, communication is essential. By clearly outlining project goals and expectations as well as enforcing his team’s commitment to quality and efficiency, he is able to successfully complete projects for his clients.
Along with his work experience, Frank also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, which he obtained from Michigan State University in 1976. In addition, he is also a retired licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri and North Carolina.
When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Frank replied he likes that the pharmaceutical projects he manages will eventually help to improve other people’s health and wellness.
