“Anything in life worth doing, is worth overdoing.”
Anthony Springer began his carpentry apprenticeship with Rhodey Construction in 2016, continuing on to become a carpenter foreman later that year. Today, as a general foreman, he has managed over a dozen equipment jobs, overseeing those involving CT’s, MRI’s and linear accelerators. Utilizing his talents, skills and experience, Anthony, along with his team, is able to work effectively to complete client projects of any scope or size from start to finish.
Not one to sit on the sidelines, Anthony takes pride in his ability to get the job done and get the job done right – not only for himself, but also for the success of the project. When it comes to his work, he likes to focus on three main things: craftsmanship, quality and efficiency. That focus carries through to the many details of the project, including doors, framing, wood blocking, hardware and trim. His greatest strength is his capability to handle all types of work in the field, and he strives to maintain the highest standards and quality throughout the entire process.
Some of his accomplishments include completing the Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) course through ASHE as well as obtaining his OSHA 30 certification. Anthony has a strong belief in ongoing training and works hard to better himself for his team and the Rhodey clients.
Adaptable and easy to work with, Anthony’s favorite part of the project is its completion and seeing a satisfied client. He enjoys looking back on each part of the process and what has been built and accomplished for the client. As part of the team, Anthony gains tremendous satisfaction by doing his best work for Rhodey customers.
