“Our biggest strength is that everything we do as a company, we do to the best of our ability. To me, Rhodey’s very high standards and quality workmanship make them stand out

Superintendent Craig Gamache began his carpentry apprenticeship with Rhodey Construction in 2006 before going on to complete his journeyman training in 2011. His primary role today is on-site at Curium, a radio pharmaceutical plant, where he manages and oversees a variety of projects from start to finish. No matter the project scope or size, Craig’s team relies on his talents, skills and the ability to get the job done and done right. In fact, there are very few aspects of construction that Craig has not done as an employee at Rhodey.

As part of his job as superintendent, Craig works directly with clients. In doing so, he’s involved in what he describes as the “big picture” of each project, not only listening to the desires of the client, but also communicating those desires, along with expectations, to the rest of the team in order to bring any project dreams to reality.

Like other team members, Craig takes pride in the work he does for clients, not only for himself, but also for the success of the project. A self-starter, his attention to detail, including craftsmanship, quality and efficiency, ensures every aspect of a job is performed with high standards at the forefront. Among his greatest strengths is his flexibility, working on different projects in the field and maintaining quality throughout the entire process.

Craig is also adaptable and easy to work with, gaining tremendous satisfaction from the reaction of customers after a project has been completed. Along with his role, Craig also enjoys the team at Rhodey. He believes every day is an opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the company.
